These Terms govern your use of atlasaminoclub.com and any purchase from Atlas Peptide Supply LLC ("Atlas", "we"). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.

1. Research use only

For Research Use Only. Not for human or veterinary use. Not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. Not a drug, food, cosmetic or dietary supplement. Not for resale to consumers. Products are sold solely for in-vitro laboratory research and pre-clinical research by qualified persons. They are not intended for, and must not be used in, humans or animals, or as food additives, drugs, cosmetics, household chemicals or any other application outside laboratory research.

2. Purchaser qualification

You must be at least 21 years old. By purchasing you certify that you are a qualified researcher with appropriate facilities, equipment and training to handle research chemicals safely. At checkout you will confirm the following certification, which is recorded with your order:

I certify that I am 21 or older and a qualified researcher purchasing these materials solely for in-vitro laboratory research. I will not use them, or allow them to be used, in humans or animals, and I will not resell them to consumers. I have read and agree to the Terms of Service and Research Use Disclaimer.

We may request documentation of institutional affiliation and may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we reasonably believe products may be used outside these Terms.

3. No resale to consumers

You may not resell, repackage or distribute products to consumers or to any person for human or veterinary use.

4. No advice

We supply research materials and documentation. We do not provide, and our staff are instructed not to provide, guidance on use in humans or animals. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

5. Orders, pricing and payment

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed. We accept ACH/eCheck and cryptocurrency, and other methods we list at checkout. Unpaid orders may be cancelled after 7 days. One discount applies per order as described in the cart.

6. Shipping and risk

We ship within the United States only, with adult signature required. See the Shipping and Returns policy. Title and risk pass to you on delivery.

7. Assumption of risk and indemnity

You acknowledge the risks of handling research chemicals and accept them. If you use, or allow others to use, products outside these Terms, you do so at your own risk and agree to indemnify and hold Atlas harmless from any resulting claims, losses or expenses, including reasonable legal fees.

8. Warranty and limitation of liability

We warrant that each product conforms to the identity and purity stated on its lot Certificate of Analysis at the time of testing. All other warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed to the extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.

9. Accounts, rewards and partner program

You are responsible for your account credentials. Rewards points have no cash value, cannot be transferred and may be adjusted for cancelled or refunded orders. Partner commissions are governed by the program terms on the Partner page; partners must disclose their relationship with Atlas and may not make any health, performance or usage claims about our products.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. [Counsel to complete: venue, arbitration and class-action waiver clauses.]
