Are Atlas compounds intended for human use?
No. Everything we sell is for in-vitro laboratory research only. It is not a drug, food, cosmetic or dietary supplement, and it is not for human or veterinary use.
Can your team advise on how to use a compound?
We supply research materials and cannot advise on use. We are happy to help with purity data, COAs, storage, shipping or your order.
How is purity determined?
Each lot is tested by an independent laboratory: reversed-phase HPLC for purity and mass spectrometry for identity. The report for every lot is in the COA library and on the product page.
How do I verify the vial I received?
Enter the lot number printed on your label at the Verify page. It shows the COA for that lot and, where available, a link to the lab's own public record.
Is the labeled quantity gross or net peptide?
Labels state gross lyophilized weight unless marked otherwise. Counterions and residual water mean net peptide content is lower; our guide on net peptide content explains how to account for it.
How fast do orders ship?
Orders with payment confirmed before 2 PM CT ship the same business day by 2-day service, with adult signature. Shipping is free over $200.00.
What payment methods do you accept?
ACH/eCheck, crypto, Venmo and Cash App: whichever are shown at checkout. Step-by-step directions are on our How to pay page (atlasaminoclub.com/how-to-pay) and in your order email. Orders ship once payment is confirmed.
Do you ship internationally?
No. We ship to US addresses only.
How do discounts combine?
One discount applies per order: automatically, the better of volume pricing or a single code. Rewards points can be used on top, up to 20% of the order. Club Box orders use their own pricing.
How does the Club Box work?
Pick three vials and a 30, 45 or 60-day schedule and save 35% on each box. We email an invoice 3 days before each box ships. Skip, change or cancel any time in your account.
Do you sell bacteriostatic water, syringes or kits?
No. Atlas supplies research compounds and documentation only.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number and we will replace or refund it.
