What we collect

• Account and order data: name, email, institution, shipping address, order history, research-use certification timestamp and IP address.
• Payment data: payment method and reference numbers. We do not store bank account or card numbers; payment processors handle those.
• Marketing data: email subscription status and source, and first-touch campaign parameters (UTM tags).
• Site usage: pages viewed and cart events, stored first-party without third-party advertising pixels.

What we do not collect

We do not ask about, record or segment customers by health conditions, goals or intended use.

How we use it

To process and ship orders, maintain records required by law, prevent fraud and disputes, run rewards and partner programs, and send email you agreed to receive.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers acting for us (payment, shipping, email delivery, hosting) and when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Order, certification and transaction records are kept for at least seven years. Marketing data is deleted on request.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, and opt out of marketing at any time. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA; EEA and UK residents have rights under GDPR. Contact support@atlasaminoclub.com; we respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for your session, cart, security and age confirmation, and a first-party cookie to remember the campaign that brought you to us. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this site by default.
