Shipping and Returns

Shipping

• US addresses only. We do not ship internationally.
• Orders with payment confirmed before 2 PM CT on business days ship the same day.
• 2-day delivery in insulated mailers, with gel packs in warm months. Free on orders over $200; otherwise $9.95.
• Adult signature (21+) is required on delivery.
• Tracking is emailed when your order ships and is available in your account.

Lost or damaged shipments

If a package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected date) with your order number and photos of any damage. We will replace the item or refund it.

Returns

Because research materials cannot be restocked once they leave our cold storage, we do not accept returns of opened or delivered product. We will replace or refund any vial whose independent re-test does not match its lot COA.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued the same business day to the original payment method. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank; we resolve most issues within one business day.

Cancellations

Unpaid orders can be cancelled any time from your account or by contacting us. Paid orders can be cancelled until they ship.
