CJC-1295 without DAC, also referred to as Modified GRF (1-29), is a 29-residue analog of the N-terminal fragment of growth hormone-releasing hormone with four amino-acid substitutions intended to improve stability in vitro. It does not carry the drug affinity complex (DAC) linker.
